About Turnover Intention Scale
We measured turnover intention with a 3-items scale developed by Mobley et al. (1978) which measures the participant’s self-reported intention to leave the job. The mean of 3 items of turnover intention was 3.09 (SD = 0.99). Mobley et al. (1978) reported Cronbach’s alpha value of this scale 0.9 as in the present study it was α = 0.86.
