About Technology Acceptance Model
The Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM2) was developed by Venkatesh and Davis (2000). This instrument consists of the three dimensions of technology acceptance; usage intentions, social influence processes and cognitive instrumental processes, which are operationalized through nine different subscales. Participants were asked to indicate their level of agreement with 27 statements, each with a 7 point Likert scale ranging from 1 (strongly agree) to 7 (strongly disagree) (Appendix H).
