The Emotional Regulation Scale Urdu 50-Items (ERS-U-50) is a self-report measure that assesses five dimensions of emotion regulation: cognitive reappraisal, expressive suppression, attentional deployment, rumination, and acceptance. The scale was developed based on the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) developed by John Gross and James J. Gross.

The ERS-U-50 was developed by a team of researchers led by Dr. Aqsa Jabeen at the National Institute of Psychology, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan.
