About Brief Resilience Scale Urdu

The scale is translated by Zoaib and Batool (2020). The Brief Resilience Scale is used to determine the resilience of the patients who are facing chronic illness. It was developed by Smith et al. (2008). The instrument consists of six items and a five-point rating response format (1 = Strongly Disagree, to 5 = Strongly Agree). There are three reverse-scored items (2, 4, 6) on the scale. The reliability of this instrument is ranging from .80 to .91 respectively (Smith et al., 2008).
