About Three items of Fatalism as Coping for HIV
This measure has three items to measure fatalism in an HIV infection study by Taylor, Kemeny, Schneider and Aspinwall (1993). They are measured on four-point Likert- type scales and together have a Cronbach’s alpha of .72 (Moneyham et al., 1997). The three items for this scale appear as items 191 to 193 in Table 2.
