About Scale to Measure Workplace Perceptions and Attitudes toward Safety
This measure was developed to measure perceptions and attitudes about safety in working populations. The full measure has 67 items and is composed of five factors. It is measured in a five-point Likert-type scale format. The Fatalism factor is composed of five items and it has an alpha value of .65 (Williamson et al., 1997). The five items for this scale appear as items 186 to 190 in Table 2.
