About Psychological Wellbeing Scale
The Psychological Wellbeing Scale was developed by Diener et al. (2009) to measure the complete state of well-being and different aspects of life such as relationships, self-esteem, purpose in life, and optimism level. It comprises eight items. It is a Likert-type seven-point rating scale with a response format ( 1= Strongly Disagree, to 7= Strongly agree). The reliability of this scale ranges from α.78 to .95 respectively (Diener et al., 2010).
