Self-Actualization

Abraham Maslow believed that there are five types of needs that motivate us in our everyday lives. At the top of Maslow’s hierarchy are self-actualization needs where people have reached their full potential and have become all that they can be. According to Maslow, few people in history are said to have self-actualized.
