Action Disorganization Syndrome (ADS) is a cognitive deficit resulting from damage to the frontal lobes of the brain and causing individuals to make errors on multi-stepped but familiar or routine tasks. Types of errors include omissions or additions of steps, disordered sequencing of steps, and object substitutions or misuse.
