Mindfulness

This era is fast-paced. Everyone is busy with their own life chores and the adjustments. Most of the time we are mind full. About everything we fall into the process of rumination thinking. Overthinking can lead to stress, anxiety, depression, blood pressure, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, impulsivity, irritation, anger, and other hazardous issues to your mental and physical health.

Where mindfulness helps people connect with the present and feel alive at the moment without any judgment. It helps to calm you down in any situation. Maintaining the current state of your brain is called brain hygiene products for instance. Brush your teeth, wash your face to keep it clean to make sure it stays healthy.
