About Observation Record Form for Special Children
Observation Record Form was developed for the identification of different environments and sub environments, and their related tasks. There are four parts of the Observation Record Form (ORF). The first part deals with the basic information about the child. The second part, deals with the school environment, the third part deals with the home environment, and the fourth part deals with the community environment. Researcher himself observed the activities of children with and without mental retardation in the home, community, school and other natural settings. The Observation Record Form is provided in Annexure-6.
