They have a successful career and are willing to go above and beyond. As a result of their reputation for dependability, they are swamped with inquiries. Many people look up to them because of their seemingly effortless ability to juggle the demands of job, family, and friends. It’s absurd to think that they’re having anxiety, much less that they’re suffering from it.
In spite of all this, there is still a concern. So, too, is the pain.
They seem calm and collected on the surface, yet underneath the surface, they are plagued with worry. There is a fear that they will fail to live up to their great expectations and disappoint others, including their job, spouse, and close friends. At the conclusion of a long day at the office, people’s resentment bubbles to the surface. At home, they may snap at the smallest irritation, such as when their children are being too noisy or making a tiny mess as a result of their play.
They’re worn out from trying to juggle too many things at once. However, even taking a break might be a hassle. Restlessness sets in as a result of the desire to accomplish more. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep since their busy brain has chosen to worry about the following day in the midst of the calm of the nighttime.

Performance is everything in our hyper-competitive world. There has been an increase in behaviors linked with success and social status. The issue is that we’ve set ourselves up for disappointment by setting ourselves up for failure by raising the bar on ourselves. Many of the things you need of others are things you would never expect from others.
Just just a second, consider how many assumptions you’ve unwittingly absorbed from family members, friends, and the wider culture at large. Don’t be afraid to let go of the unrealistic expectations you’ve held on to for far too long. In order to alleviate anxiety, you must complete this step.
