Applying Procedure for Faculty Jobs in Government Sadiq College Women University
- Position title as Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor
- All candidates shall apply online till Friday 29.04.2022 through GSCWU Bahawalpur website, followed by submission of 03 Complete sets of applications in a bound form bearing attested copies of degrees, certificates, one photograph for each set, and one copy of the online fee challan (non-refundable) generated by online job application system amounting to Rs. 6,000/- for the post of Professor, Rs. 5,000/- for the post of Associate Professor, and Rs.3,000/- for the post of Assistant Professor and Lecturer via Registered Mail through Pakistan Post or any Courier Service to the Information Desk, Gate No.02, GSCWU Bahawalpur.
- Hard copies of the application form along with all requisite documents in bound form as mentioned should reach latest by 29.04.2022.
- Candidates applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor are required to submit soft copies of a complete dossier along with complete
- Research Papers in the form of CD.
- Candidates should fill in the online form carefully for which detailed guidelines and instructions have been provided on the website.
- Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications and pay the separate online application processing fees.
- Candidates already in service of a Government / Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must submit a copy of NOC along with an online application form by the due date, otherwise, their applications shall not be entertained, Advance copy of the application without NOC will not be entertained.
- Applications will be received only through registered mail/courier etc. by hand applications will not be accepted.
- Applicants are directed to clearly mention the name of the post applied for, and the mode of appointment on the top right corner of the envelope.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
- In Special Circumstances, with the approval of the Members of the Selection Board, candidates may be allowed to appear for interviews online.
- The University reserves the rights:
- Not to fill/withdraw any advertised post / withhold the appointment against any post, without assigning any reason thereof.
- To shortlist the candidates on the basis of academic qualifications and experience. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
- To change the nature of posts according to the need of the University.
- Age relaxation will be given as per Rules, Government of Punjab.
- The age of each candidate shall be calculated on the closing date of receipt of the applications.
- The University is not responsible if call letters are not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency / Post Office.
- 15% Quota for Women, 5% Quota for Minorities, and 3% Disabled Quota will be implemented where applicable.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
