About Accident Fatalism Scale
Harrel (1995) designed this item for his study to measure fatalism related to accidents. This item is measured on a seven-point Likert-type scale. No psychometric properties were reported. This item was reviewed, but could not be adapted to the questionnaire for this study because it was too specific to job performance.
