Mr. X presents complaints of joint pain (arthralgia) and intermittent low back pain. The patient cannot recall any mechanism of injury. He reports that he has trouble falling asleep at night and is unable to get a good night’s rest. he often feels "restless" or "on edge", which he associates with not sleeping. he states that he constantly worries about his performance in school, his family, and his mother’s health, who has recently been diagnosed with Stage IV Small Cell Carcinoma. The patient also states he wakes up at night with throbbing headaches that last for a couple of hours. he feels tense the majority of the day, causing him to feel stiff. he also has difficulty paying attention in class and finishing his homework.

Before saying anything I just want to know about the age of the client and his past Medical and psychological history.

@aamir as client is complaining about the attention issue in class and also worried about the performance in school. By noticing this, client might be at the stage of adolescent.

Thank you for sharing that the client is in adolescence age but I think so more information is required to identify the exact disorder.
